Delete Your MyFitLife Account or Health Data
Last updated: August 20, 2026
This page provides two separate deletion controls. You can permanently delete your full MyFitLife account, or keep your account and delete only Health activity and workout data, including historical target-only records, stored by MyFitLife. Neither option requires emailing or contacting support.
Before deleting your account
Deleting a MyFitLife account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription and does not provide a refund. Cancel the subscription separately through Apple's subscription management or Google Play's subscription management if you do not want it to renew.
What full account deletion removes
Full deletion removes the MyFitLife sign-in account and user-scoped app data, including profile and preferences, nutrition and hydration logs, fasting and supplement records, progress entries, recipes, shopping data, coach history, uploaded account files, connected-app grants, Health activity summaries, and historical target-only records stored by MyFitLife.
MyFitLife retains a one-way hashed deletion marker and deletion timestamp to prevent delayed billing events from recreating access. The marker does not contain the account identifier, email, profile, nutrition data, connected-app tokens, or billing details. Support correspondence and records held by Apple, Google, or other providers may be retained separately when required for security, legal, billing, or operational purposes.
Health data boundaries
MyFitLife stores limited read-only Health information: daily active-calorie summaries, workout summaries, connected-source status, and Health preferences. After raw Health details age out, a paid-only target record retains only the target date, schema and policy versions, Health-derived/archive markers, adjustment status, base and static targets, active-calorie credit, effective target, credit percent, and archive timestamp. It contains no raw active calories, workout or source identifiers, source platform, time zone, workout counts or minutes, or sync timestamps.
Health-only deletion removes both the raw Health information and every historical target-only record while keeping the rest of your account. The same deletion remains available after Premium expires, even though historical target display pauses.
Health-only deletion does not delete source records from Apple Health or Health Connect, does not revoke the device permission you granted to MyFitLife, and does not cancel a subscription. To stop device access, also remove MyFitLife's permission in Apple Health or Health Connect. The in-app Activity & Workouts disconnect control removes the same MyFitLife-stored Health data, including historical target-only records, and stops future syncs without deleting the full account. Turning calorie adjustment off does not delete earlier target-only records, and revoking device permission alone does not delete records already stored by MyFitLife. It attempts Android permission revocation, but Apple does not allow apps to revoke Apple Health read permission programmatically, so verify permissions in the device settings.
Delete only MyFitLife-stored Health data
On this page, sign in with email and password, Google, or Apple, reauthenticate, and choose the Health-only operation. It deletes MyFitLife activity summaries, workout summaries, source status, Health preferences, and historical target-only records.
Permanently delete the full account
Sign in, reauthenticate with the linked provider, and separately confirm full deletion. Apple-linked accounts must revoke Apple access successfully before MyFitLife sends the account-deletion request.
JavaScript is required for the secure sign-in and deletion controls. The same full-account control is available in the mobile app at More, Settings, Privacy & Safety, Delete Account.
