  • Health Central requires a compatible device and permission. Available records vary by provider. Calorie adjustment and Coach sharing start off; steps never add calorie credit. Health disconnect and data deletion remain available after Premium ends.
  • Premium plans renew automatically unless canceled through the store account used to subscribe.
  • Founding Annual is an eligible new-subscriber offer: $39.99 for the first 12 months, then $49.99/year unless canceled. Eligibility and localized pricing are confirmed in-app.
  • Family Annual uses MyFitLife invite codes for the subscription owner plus up to 5 invited members, each with their own MyFitLife account. It is separate from Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library.

Do I have to start a trial to use MyFitLife?

No. MyFitLife does not currently offer a consumer App Store or Google Play free trial. Core tracking is available on the Free plan, and Premium is optional.

What stays free?

Free includes food logging with barcode scan, search, recent foods, photo-assisted workflows, and manual entry, plus hydration, fasting, supplement-label lookup, weekly Meal Planner, progress, Pantry, Grocery, MyFit Score, and a default daily AI quota.

What happens if I cancel Premium?

Cancel through the App Store or Google Play account used to subscribe. Premium remains available for the paid entitlement period, and the core Free tools remain available after Premium access ends.

How much does Annual save versus monthly?

At the displayed U.S. reference prices, Premium Annual is $49.99 per year, or about $4.17 per month. Twelve Premium Monthly payments would total $95.88, so Annual saves $45.89, or 47.9%, over a full year.
