MyFitLife support is available for account access, subscriptions, billing, app issues, privacy questions, and general product feedback.
Contact Support
Signed-in app users can submit a support request from More, Settings, Support. You can also email IHP Technology LLC at support@ihptechnology.com. Include the email address used for your MyFitLife account, your device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive medical details.
MyFitLife support requests are labeled separately from other IHP Technology LLC products in our helpdesk so account, billing, app, privacy, and nutrition-safety requests can be routed to the correct queue.
Subscriptions and Billing
MyFitLife Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. For subscription issues, include the platform you used, the approximate purchase date, and whether you need help with Premium access, restoring a purchase, cancellation, or renewal status. See Premium subscription options for the public plan summary. Website prices are U.S. references; localized price, tax, eligibility, and renewal terms are confirmed in-app before purchase.
Founding Annual is available only to eligible new subscribers when offered in-app: $39.99 for the first 12 months, then $49.99/year. Family Annual covers the subscription owner plus up to five members invited with MyFitLife invite codes, each using their own account. It is separate from Apple Family Sharing and Google Play Family Library. For family-seat help, include the owner account email and the affected member account email, but do not send passwords or payment information.
No consumer free trial is currently offered through the App Store or Google Play. If an internal or evaluation account shows limited access, that status is not a consumer store free trial.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and user-scoped app data, use the in-app path: More, Settings, Privacy & Safety, Delete Account.
