MyFitLife support is available for account access, subscriptions, billing, app issues, and privacy questions.
Contact Support
Email IHPTechnology at support@ihptechnology.com. Include the email address used for your MyFitLife account, your device type, and a short description of the issue. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or sensitive medical details.
Subscriptions and Billing
MyFitLife Premium subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play. For subscription issues, include the platform you used, the approximate purchase date, and whether you need help with Premium access, restoring a purchase, cancellation, or renewal status. See Premium subscription options for the public plan summary.
Account Deletion
To delete your account and user-scoped app data, use the in-app path: More, Settings, Privacy & Safety, Delete Account.
